Our sound bar tends to be off from the actual mouth talking on the tv screen.

They are not in sync and we have to turn the tv off and wait a few seconds. It usually syncs up after that. In which is plug in to bluetooth, displaying "utv3 r43" error code, i tried to plug in in hdmi and keeps doing the same thing, tried changinf cables both hdmi and digital tv setting are good and xbox settings tooMove through these steps in order until you locate the root problem.

If the speaker is able to play audio this time, then the issue lies within the original source, not your speaker or the speaker wire. If the alternate source does not generate sound from your speaker, then you have identified the speaker, or its output connection or connecting wires, as the issue. If your speaker still does not work, move to the next step below. Swap the speaker out and replace it with one of the other speakers.

If I connect TV and sound bar, there is no sound

This is done by simply disconnecting the wires at the speaker, and reconnecting them to the new speaker. If the newly connected speaker operates as it should, then the problem lies within the original speaker.

If the new speaker will not play music, then the issue can be found within the connection, the wire, or the output signal. Otherwise, move on to the next steps. Go to your main audio receiver or processor and locate the region often the back panel where all of your speaker connections reside.

Soundbar not communicating / not working with tv

If the silent speaker was situated in the left-front position of your system, locate the left-front output connection on the back panel of the receiver. Replace that outgoing connection with another connection that is confirmed as working — perhaps the right-front connection. Remove the left-front wiring and temporarily replace it with the wire from the right-front output connection.

Test to see if the speaker produces sound now. Check to see if that wire could be pinched under a piece of furniture, bent, frayed or broken.

Either reposition or replace the wire to solve the issue. You may have to contact the manufacturer of your receiver to discuss troubleshooting or warranty options.

Try playing from a different source If the speaker is able to play audio this time, then the issue lies within the original source, not your speaker or the speaker wire.

Take a closer look at your receiver connections Go to your main audio receiver or processor and locate the region often the back panel where all of your speaker connections reside. It used to work fine. But now although it is connected okay, the drivers are installed, the device is recognized by windows and I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the drivers there is now sound from it.

I can even change the volume using the dial on the soundbar, but now sound from the bar itself. The most important aspect of troubleshooting AC SoundBar is understands that it, receives its power from a USB power coming from the platform. Soundbar was working without any problems for 1. Light is on, I see that it is receiving input from laptop under "Volume"and if I change to other speakers it works just fine, but AC does not.

I reinstalled it a couple of times, but I guess I am doing something wrong.

Thank you in advance! Since this one only requires a USB connection, that means there is a "sound card" inside the unit.

Royal blue pearl car paint

That means it requires a Windows driver for this audio-device. Interesting that the posted troubleshooting chart just kinda skips-over all that. I've never had one of these AC, but it appears to be a "Digital Audio" version of the older "Analog Audio" model which I have a couple of. That older model also attached nicely to select Dell monitors, but was based on analog-audio, so it required no drivers instead, used the computers sound-card.

This serious driver issue now my one have broken only play with aux try different thing but nothing work just firmware available for it and re flash can.

soundbar not working

Easily solve problem. But i cant get it online. If anyone now how to flash this device. Let me know or how to reset firmware. Nothing is online about this thing. This is what i see every time if you in warranty then you get free replacement but if you are not then it just brick and dell make more waste because they can't give the firmware that can bring new life in it. It don't look hardware issue for me as by aux it play well. I have similar issue but it run fine by a little hack disable and enable driver but that not work now anymore.

This speaker is not good compare to other but look good with my monitor and now i have missed something with extra cable for the aux input. And aux cable have sound quality issues. USB quality used to is better. I like to have it back again if anybody know to bring it back from dead let me know.We use cookies to allow us and selected partners to improve your experience and our advertising.

Sound bars are the simplest way to add quality sound to your home cinema setup, but there are a few common niggles that can ruin the experience.

If you need help setting up your new sound bar, read our guide: how do I set up a sound bar with my TV? Some cheaper sound bars may only offer a 3. Our sound bars jargon buster reveals all the tech terms you need to know.

This can also happen when your sound bar is connected to a set-top box such as Freeview, Sky or a Blu-ray or DVD player that has its own volume control. Like the above tips, you should ensure the set-top box has its own volume set as high as it can go. This should prevent your sound bar from going to sleep.

Depending on the age of your box, you might need to either connect RCA cables directly to your sound bar these are the red and white connectors on older models or use digital optical newer models and, again, connect these directly to your sound bar.

Change the settings to the audio connector you have chosen to connect to the sound bar, for instance optical or 3. You can check to see whether your TV and sound bar have ARC by checking to see whether the ports are labelled as such or by checking the manual.

See our guide to setting up a sound bar for more information. There are a few simple solutions to this problem. If your sound bar has multiple input plugs on the back, make sure your sound bar is set to that input. For example, if your sound bar has multiple optical inputs, ensure you have selected the correct input on your remote control.

Check your sound bar manual for supported audio formats and then find the audio outputs settings menu this will vary by device and find a format that matches those supported by your sound bar.

Some sound bars have audio enhancement modes that change the balance of the sound. Many newer models have a Night Mode that turns down certain noises that are more likely to disturb somebody sleeping in the next room. Similarly, most sound bars have a dialogue-enhancement mode that boosts higher-pitched sounds such as speech. It can work well, but our expert audio panel has found on some models it can make everything sound awful.

Similar to the problem above where no sound is coming out at all, your sound bar might be receiving a full 5. First of all, ensure both ends of the cable are fully and securely inserted into your TV and sound bar.

Try and keep the cable clear of other connectors, especially power, in the tangle of wires behind your TV.

Simply moving the 3. This might help since interference is introduced when the source TV volume is low and the output sound bar volume is high. If neither of the above work, buy a ground loop isolator. This is an extra adapter that sits between your TV and your sound bar, and should eliminate noise. If your sound bar supports it, use an alternative connection such as HDMI or digital optical. These are generally much less susceptible to noise. If all else fails, contact the manufacturer as failed subwoofers are not uncommon.

If none of these things are working, it might be time to consider a new sound bar.
